Teaching Philosophy
I believe Business Management is most effectively learned when students can connect theoretical concepts with real organisations and current business situations. I encourage students to analyse, question and evaluate rather than simply memorise business terminology.
Students Often Struggle With
Students often understand business concepts but struggle to apply them to case studies and develop balanced evaluation. I focus on helping students build strong analytical frameworks and write responses that demonstrate application, analysis and evaluation.
Favourite Part of Teaching
I enjoy seeing students develop the ability to look at a business situation from multiple perspectives. Helping students turn theory into meaningful analysis is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.
