Teaching Philosophy
I believe Economics is best learned by connecting theory to real-world issues. My approach focuses on concept-driven learning, analytical reasoning, evaluation and helping students move beyond memorisation toward confident economic thinking.
Students Often Struggle With
Applying economic theories to real-world situations, developing strong evaluation in written responses, structuring Internal Assessments and Extended Essays, decoding assessment rubrics, and moving from memorising concepts to independent economic reasoning.
Favourite Part of Teaching
Helping students connect abstract economic concepts with current global events and watching them develop the confidence to analyse, evaluate and communicate economic ideas independently.
