Teaching Philosophy
I believe language learning is a gateway to intercultural understanding — she fosters inquiry-based, concept-driven classrooms where students build confidence as communicators while embodying the IB Learner Profile.
Students Often Struggle With
Moving from rote vocabulary learning to genuine communicative fluency in Hindi, meeting criterion-based assessment expectations across MYP and IGCSE, applying ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills consistently in language tasks, and building confidence in creative and reflective writing.
Favourite Part of Teaching
Bringing Hindi language and literature to life through cultural and literary events, and mentoring students as a class tutor — supporting their academic and personal growth beyond the syllabus.
